Two recent reports have recently been published by the mental health charity Mind charting the levels of support and provision of services available for refugees and asylum seekers. Dr. Nik Mai of the Institute for the Study of European Transformations (ISET) at London Metropolitan University has recently published a research report entitled Migrant workers in the UK sex industry. A report has been launched by the Innocenti Research Centre at UNICEF entitled “Children in Immigrant Families in Eight Affluent Countries: Their family, national and international context” by Hernandez, Donald J., Macartney, Suzanne et al.
A UK-based case study is also available, entitled: “The situation of children in immigrant families in the United Kingdom” by Crawley, Heaven. Innocenti Working Paper IWP-2009-18
